By following these simple rules, you maintain the high service standard of Fly Taxi and help create a positive impression of the company with every passenger.
General Recommendations
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Keep your car clean (inside and out) and in full working order.
Appearance
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance. Greet passengers with a smile.
Safety
Strictly follow traffic rules and stay extremely attentive behind the wheel.
Politeness
Be polite and courteous with passengers. Avoid arguments and conflict situations.
In-Cabin Comfort
Create comfortable conditions: check AC temperature, music volume, and driving style preferences.
Change Money
Always carry small change for convenient cash payments and giving change to customers.
Order Service Rules
Car Pickup
Arrive within 7 minutes after accepting the order. If delayed, notify the dispatcher.
Waiting for the Client
Wait for the passenger up to 10 minutes. Report any changes or no-show to the dispatcher.
Passenger Assistance
Help passengers with luggage (open trunk, assist with loading) and boarding/alighting as needed.
Trip Route
Agree on the route in advance. If taking a detour around traffic, inform the passenger.
End of Trip
After the ride, always check the cabin for forgotten items and remind passengers not to leave anything behind.
Strictly Prohibited
- Picking up unauthorized persons or hitchhikers during an order.
- Overcharging for the trip or smoking in the car.
- Talking on the phone (without a headset) or using messengers while driving.
- Sharing order details (addresses, phone numbers) with third parties.
- Using a car not registered in the Fly Taxi system for work.
- Arguing with passengers or using foul language.
- Consumption of alcohol or psychotropic substances within 24 hours before the shift.
