Before the Trip
- Wear comfortable and clean clothes. If your clothes might dirty the seat, let the dispatcher know in advance.
- Prepare the exact fare in cash or use contactless payment via the app.
- If you disagree with the quoted price, contact the operator to clarify before getting in the car.
During the Trip
- For safety, always fasten your seatbelt, even in the back seat.
- Check that the doors are firmly closed before the car starts moving.
- If you wish to smoke (e-cigarettes or regular), coordinate with the driver in advance.
Luggage and Animals
- Luggage should be clean and compact. If it exceeds 50 kg or has non-standard dimensions, inform the dispatcher in advance.
- Small pets must be transported only in carriers or cages.
- Dogs must be on a leash and muzzle, with a cover on the seat. Always inform the dispatcher about the animal.
After the Trip
- Before exiting, check the cabin and trunk to avoid leaving personal items (phone, keys, wallet).
- If you enjoyed the ride and the service was excellent — tips are welcome (usually 10-20%), but not required.
- If any disputes arise, leave a review or contact the support service.
